Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at LuckyPrepper.com! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. Once an order has been delivered to the carrier for shipping it is then the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your order promptly. Lucky Prepper cannot control the speed at which the carrier operates. In the event of a delay, the tracking number provided by the carrier will be the best resource to find the most up to date information on the status of the shipment. In cases where more information regarding a shipment is required, contacting the carrier (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) will be the best way to gain more information..

If the carrier has stated that your package is missing please contact us to discuss options. 

International Shipping

Lucky Prepper ships to addresses within the U.S only. We do not ship outside of the United States or offer international shipping of any kind.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

The purchaser will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email once the order has been packaged and labeled. This Shipment Confirmation will contain your tracking number(s). Information on the tracking number will be available once the carrier has processed the package into their system.

Free Shipping Policy

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped at the standard rate.  If you wish to receive your products in an expedited fashion you may select Priority or Priority Express/Overnight shipping for an additional fee. 

Shipping Charges

Our cart system calculates shipping charges based on the estimated weight of items purchased, and the destination of the package. ALL packages are sent with “no signature required”. If you want your package to have a “signature required” please contact us at orders@luckyprepper.com to place your order.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lucky Prepper is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after the shipment date are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Returned Packages

If your order is returned to us due to inaccurate shipping details that you provided upon checkout, then the shipping fees to re-ship the package(s) to the customer shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.  Package(s) will not be re-shipped without the re-shipping fees being paid in full by the customer before shipping.  This includes any order that qualifies for free shipping – your initial free shipping will be honored, but in the event that the order needs to be re-shipped, the second shipping fee shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.  Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Freight Charges (if applicable)

If your order is large enough that it requires freight services, it will not qualify for free shipping. Purchasers are responsible for all fees associated with freight including insurance. If orders are large enough to require additional storage facilities before shipment (with insurance for the aforementioned included), then the purchaser will be responsible for associated fees. If you have a freight company that you prefer to handle your order, please reference this in your order and communicate before payment processing to ensure you will be correctly quoted and avoid delivery delays. Our team will do all they can to coordinate the logistics of your freight requirements but we cannot guarantee on utilizing specific carriers until review of services and fees. Orders requiring freight services are non-refundable as they fall under custom and/or bulk order policies.

Damages

Lucky Prepper is not liable for any products damaged during the shipping process, nor is Lucky Prepper responsible for lost or stolen items once the shipment leaves our facility.  If you have received a damaged package please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim as we have no control over those processes.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim as your claim may request images of those items during their investigation.  Pictures of the damages are often requested by the shipping carriers.
